Handmade Character
These cases are built by hand in a small workshop, not stamped out in a factory. Expect honest marks of their making — minor scratches, tool marks, subtle imperfections. This is the nature of hand-worked aluminum, and we consider it part of the character.
Anodized and painted finishes are carefully prepared and finished to the highest standard we can achieve. These are the options if you care about looks. That said — this is still a hand-built product, not factory-made. Small imperfections are part of the deal.
Raw aluminum is priced lower because it ships as-is — no finishing work, no extra handling. It scratches the moment you look at it anyway, so you get an honest piece of metal that's ready for the road, not a showroom piece you'll worry about.
